Duration The Sweepstakes begins 12:01a.m. EST on March 1st, 2010 and will conclude at 12:00p.m. (Midnight) EST on June 31st, 2010.

Eligibility:
You must be 18 years or older to be eligible. The sweepstakes extends to any resident in the state of Florida, and is limited to per person per household. Employees, officers, and directors of A and R Landscape and Lighting and Unique Lighting, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes is offered for residents of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia and Brevard counties in Florida only. Prize shall only be construed and evaluated according to laws of the United States of America.

This prize package give-away is for materials only. 120volt outlet and installation are not included.

Winner Notification:
Once the RSP has determined a winner, the winner will be notified via the telephone number(s) provided. If winer cannot be notified via telephone an email will be sent to the provided email address. Once the winner email notification is sent, the winner has 30 calendar days to respond to A and R Landscaping and Lighting via telephone, fax, or e-mail provided on the winner notification form to confirm the address where the lighting system should be delivered. If the determined winner has not contacted A and R Landscaping and Lighting within the 30 calendar days, the winner forfeits his/her prize, and the RSP will determine a new winner until the prize has been claimed.

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions. The decisions of A and R Landscape and Lighting and Unique Lighting shall be final and binding. A and R Landscape and Lighting and Unique Lighting, any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of A and R Landscape and Lighting and Unique Lighting that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the sweepstakes. By participating in the sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release A and R Landscape and Lighting and Unique Lighting and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of A and R Landscape and Lighting and Unique Lighting, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and hold harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Any use of robotic, programmed or other automatic entry methods will void all entries submitted by such methods. This sweepstakes offer is made exclusively by A and R Landscape and Lighting and Unique Lighting and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with the participation in this offer or the prize awarded.
