Water Work Q & A's
1) Can you put an irrigation system in for my lawn? In Florida, it's very important to provide consistent nutrients to our landscape. Water is one of the most important. I can provide any renovation to your irrigation system. Making sure your plants get their water is as important as you drinking your 22 8-ounce glasses per day (or whatever the new stats are!)

2) Will my new plants need an automatic watering system? Yes! Why? Because we are lazy. Even though you only need to water two times per week, we all get busy. An automatic system is the best way to ensure a consistent supply of water. This also keeps in line with our desired low maintenance landscape.

3) Can you use the watering system already installed? I hope so, then we can spend your money on really cool things. However, it is sometimes needed to replace the controller to allow for more zones and an easier, user friendly controller.

4) Can you design and install a waterfall? Waterfalls, streams, ponds, oh my!
Waterfalls, streams, ponds, oh my!
Of course, what's a great landscape without water? The size and type will depend on each homeowner, their site and the amount of maintenance they want.

5) Can you install above ground fountains? Yes. (Wow, that's simple.)
However, fountains are like pieces of art. Some people like Michelangelo and some like Picasso. Both are artists, both are very different tastes. I work with each customer to design their Michelangelo or Picasso for their tastes.

6) Are there different types of fountains that can be used? Most of us are lazy and some of us are real lazy!! This will dictate what fountain we install. Everyone likes the sound of water but not maintaining it. Again, we will work with you lazy ones more. (I can say that because I fall into the 'real lazy' category!)

7) What type of small ponds can you do? Bring in the big backhoe, let's dig a 2-acre pond!! Ok, maybe not for everyone. The common, simple ponds are made with 40-mil rubber liners; more extensive are like swimming pools using Gunite (concrete).

8) Can I put fish in the small pond? I love fish. eating fish also. But I don't consider expensive ones a delicacy. Inexpensive goldfish can live in almost any pond. If we want Koi then we will design a much different pond and work with a live fish manager to create the ideal living quarters for our fishy friends!

9) Can I have a fountain in the small pond? I hope so.

10) Can you install swimming pools? Yes and no. I don't have the required license to install a swimming pool but I design great swimming spaces. I also have great people I work with to install your backyard oasis.

11) What is the guarantee for the parts installed? What a great comfort to our customers to know they have a full year warranty for the structures we install. Since I've been doing this for over 25 years, I plan on being around for another 25. Ok, it's because I really don't know how to do anything else so I'm just sticking with what I know.
